As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lumesis, he led the development of one of the market’s leading compliance and business-use platforms, serving institutions across the municipal bond ecosystem. Lumesis was later acquired by SOLVE, underscoring its strategic importance to the evolution of market infrastructure.

Earlier in his career, Gregg held senior leadership roles at Ambac Financial Group, where he oversaw strategic initiatives spanning operations, governance, and market-facing activities.
